When are orders shipped?

Orders will be shipped out between 1-2 business days after purchase, excluding Sundays and holidays.

What are my shipping options?

We ship via USPS. Orders are ellgibile for free shipping if the purchase amount exceeds $100. Other shipping options for U.S. orders include: Priced Priority- estimated to be delivered to you within 2-5 days of shipping from our store. If USPS fails to deliver your package during the guaranteed time period, please contact us after your package has been delivered. Priced shipping costs are calculated at checkout. What is the return policy?

There are no returns in-store. If you decide to return an item purchased in-store, you may exchange the item at the store within 14 days of purchase. If the item was purchased online, the customer is responsible for shipping labels and costs. Any item purchased online can be exchanged in-person. • Returns are not elilgible for sale prices. • Returns must be recieved in original, unused condition with tags attached. A valid reciept or invoice must also be provided. • Exchange amounts will meet the cost of all eligible returned merchandise (original and return shipping will not be refunded) Customers are responsible for return shipping labels. We will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. receiving incorrect item) • Refunds that have been worn, covered in animal hair, marked with makeup, or emitting unpleasant odors will not be accepted. • Final Sale: Refunds will not be given for returned items such as accesories, intimates, headwear, jewelry, shoes, last chance, or sale items. • Returns from online purchases must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of the original invoice.
